Hi everyone,
Guess what? I'm a finalist in the Chiquita Banana new label contest! The contest was to design a new fun label that will be featured on the bananas, without using any text. So I made the top 50… although the designs won't be officially posted on eatachiquita.com until August 23, 2010.
When it's up I am going to need everyone to vote for me. Top 18 designs get to be printed on the bananas!!!

I love it! The style of robot is so cool. Kids and Adults (and everyone in between) will love it!It marries modern techology with a retro feel of an old-school robot. Also, at first glance, even though it is a robot, the strong use of yellow makes it unmistakably Chiquita. Also love the way the heart is prominantly displayed -- since bananas are heart healthy. Sends a great message that even in this modern, techical, robotic world, people still need to maintain their health. Also, eating bananas can even warm the heart of a robot. : ) Again, I LOVE IT and will surely vote and ask all of my friends (and their friends) to do so as well. Congrats on reaching the finals -- we're all behind you and so proud of you!
